Other Rules A payment of 50% of the total rental fee is required when booking a reservation. Payment in form of check, cashier's check or money order must be received within 5 days of the date reservation is made. If you prefer to use a credit card a 3% convenience will apply. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations placed within 30 days of check-in date will require payment in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We only accept checks on reservations made more than 30 days before the check-in date to allow time for processing. Please reference reservation dates and confirmation number when sending checks.
